Function documentationInitiative Creation

 

You use this function to create initiatives based on either a template or on an initiative type.

Activities

  1. Display the dashboard for Portfolio Initiatives.

    • To create a single initiative, choose Start of the navigation path Create Next navigation step Create Initiative End of the navigation path.

    • To create multiple initiatives, choose Start of the navigation path Create Next navigation step Create Multiple Initiatives End of the navigation path.

  2. Select the bucket in which you want to create the initiative(s).

  3. Select the required initiative type or initiative template.

    You can also view the template you have selected.

  4. Choose Start.

  5. Enter the required data for the initiative(s).

  6. Save your entries.

The system displays the initiative details of the initiative you have created on the Initiative Details screen. If you have created multiple initiatives, you have to return to the initiative dashboard and select the initiative you want to display to display the Initiative Details screen.
