You can create a what-if scenario from the selected portfolio review.

Prerequisites

You have created a portfolio review.

Activities

To create a what-if scenario, select a review from the Reviews dashboard and select one review. On the Review Details screen, go to the What-If view. Choose Create. Enter the required information:

  • Overview: Here you can enter general information to the scenario such as name, description and so on.

  • Miscellaneous: You can assign authorizations for users and roles that are assigned to the scenario.

  • Notes: You can display a log of existing notes and add your own notes.

After creating the what-if scenario, you can add portfolio items in the What-If Scenario Details screen. For more information, see What-If Scenario Details.

You determine which fields are visible and make settings for mandatory properties in Customizing for ABAP field configuration on the UI for the what-if scenario API.

Optional Settings

Each of the categories mentioned above have corresponding visible and expanded properties so that administrator can configure the default settings in the Floor Plan Manager.
