Working with the Table View
You use this procedure to adjust the table view.
To open the tabular project view, choose Table
in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Expand a project element as required, by positioning your mouse pointer on it and choosing Expand Subtree
.
Make the required changes.
Save your entries.
Click the secondary mouse button.
Choose which columns are to be visible in the table and the order in which the system is to display them.
This activity is only relevant for the following colums:
Status
Responsible Role
Responsible Resource
Priority
Process
Select all elements to be changed.
Set the focus on one of the element and make the required change.
The system transfers the change to all selected elements.
Save your entries.
