You use this procedure to adjust the table view.

Procedure

Opening the Table View
  1. To open the tabular project view, choose Table in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Expand a project element as required, by positioning your mouse pointer on it and choosing Expand Subtree.

  3. Make the required changes.

  4. Save your entries.

Personalizing the Table View
  1. Click the secondary mouse button.

  2. Choose which columns are to be visible in the table and the order in which the system is to display them.

Multiple Changes

This activity is only relevant for the following colums:

  • Status

  • Responsible Role

  • Responsible Resource

  • Priority

  • Process

  1. Select all elements to be changed.

  2. Set the focus on one of the element and make the required change.

  3. The system transfers the change to all selected elements.

  4. Save your entries.
