You can change all data.

The following data cannot be changed and is locked:

Furthermore, you can add new checklist items but you cannot delete checklist items that already exist.

    • Description

Not modifiable

In addition to the data listed under Partially Modifiable, the following data is also locked and cannot be changed:

    • Checklist type

    • Grouping

    • Search field

Dependencies

You can restrict the changeability of the corresponding checklist on the level of the checklist item but you cannot expand it. If the checklist is partially modifiable, for example, you can make the setting Not Modifiable, but not Modifiable.

Note Note

If you want to configure the system to allow the deletion of checklists, you can use the BAdI Check/Change Fields in Project Management. For more information, see Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management under Start of the navigation path Project Management Next navigation step Global Enhancements to Project Elements Next navigation step Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) End of the navigation path.

End of the note.
