Portfolio and Project Administration
You can use this function to define portfolios and the portfolio structure as well as classification hierarchies, templates for portfolio management and project management. Additionally, you can maintain project user groups and, under resource management, resource pools and teams.

In the dashboard for portfolios, you create portfolios that you can then use in portfolio management.
In the dashboard for portfolio structure, you create buckets and subbuckets and build up a bucket hierarchy under a specific portfolio.
In the dashboard for classification hierarchies, you can create, delete, display and edit classification hierarchies. For more information, see Working with Classification Hierarchies.
In the dashboard for portfolio management templates, you create item templates, initiative templates and document templates.
In the dashboard for project management templates, you create project templates and checklist templates.
In the dashboard for project user groups, you create a user group, delete a user group or add it to your favorites.
In the dashboard for resource management, you display, create and modify resource pools and teams.
