A forum for communicating about a collaboration, folder, or folder object.

Use

You can create a discussion for a collaboration, a folder, or a folder object. A discussion is a forum in which you can enter discussion posts or questions about the named cFolders objects. You create a discussion for a folder by choosing  Additional Functions Discussions Create . If you want to be informed about all activity in a discussion, choose the Subscribe indicator.

Collaboration participants who have the correct authorization can then respond with their own post or answer. Entries that are created as discussion posts are entered in a list with the name of the person who created them and cannot be deleted. You define authorizations for collaboration participants by choosing Authorizations .

You can see the number of discussions that exist for an object on the object overview screen and branch to them directly.
