Superuser
Use
This function allows you to bypass the authorization concept in cFolders.
At least one person is always assigned to an object who has administration authorization for this object. However, it may be that no authorization holder with administration authorization is available due to illness, for example, and the administrative tasks have to be given to another person. In this case, a superuser can grant another user administration authorization for the object.
Caution
We recommend that you only use this function if absolutely necessary. You must take into account that system performance for a superuser may be reduced, as the superuser has access to all data in cFolders. We also recommend that you do not assign the authorization object ACO _SUPER to the system test user profile, as this authorization object overwrites all other authorizations and the superuser can see all cFolders content.
Prerequisites
The user who is to be the superuser is assigned to the role SAP _CFX_SUPER_USER_ADMIN.
You have added a role or profile to the user’s user master record (transaction SU01) that gives the user authorization for the authorization object ACO _SUPER.
