Features

This iView gives you a quick overview of all existing buckets and relevant key data in a bucket dashboard.

You navigate to this iView, by choosing Portfolio Management, then click Portfolio Structure of Buckets.

In this iView, you can sort and filter the displayed buckets to search for a specific bucket object. In addition, this iView provides the default entry point in the portfolio structure scenario and allows you to create buckets and to view usage information for existing buckets, such as follows:

·        Bucket Name

·        External ID

·        Status

·        Date Created

·        Last Update

·        Updated by

To view and edit the details of a specific bucket, you click a bucket name. This opens the item dashboard. Then you click the Bucket Overview action link.

Features of the portfolio structure of buckets are:

·        Hierarchical viewing of existing portfolio structure

·        Toggle between hierarchical view and flat list view of portfolio structure.

·        Dashboard configurability

Prerequisites

The iView must be connected to the backend system.

Optional Settings

You can configure the displayed portfolio structure of buckets instance to fit customer preferences under Portfolio Management → Administration → Custom Configuration.
