Features

This iView enables the portfolio administrator to create a new resource or to display an existing resource.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management → Administration → Resources. Then choose Create New or use the Search function.

You can do the following:

·        Create a new resource

·        View the details of an existing resource

·        Modify the details of an existing resource and save the details.

 

If you have opened this screen to modify the details of a resource, then that resource will be locked by you until you navigate out of this screen. During this time, any other user or session can view the details of the same resource in Read-Only mode only.

Tray	Description
General Information	This tray displays fields for entering information for: First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Category, Subcategory Value, Employee ID of the resource.
Availability Schedule	This tray displays the fields for entering information for the location and availability of the resource.
