Upload/Download of Operational Data 

Use

With this function you can upload or download operational data of portfolio items to/from the portfolio to analyze the item status. The supported management systems include the following:

·        SAP PS

·        cProjects Suite

·        Microsoft Project Client and Server

·        You define project tasks for an item.

·        You assign an operational project from cProjects to the item.

·        You upload or download a project from or to Microsoft Project.

·        You upload or download a project from or to the Microsoft Project Server.

·        You upload or download a project from or to cProjects.

·        You upload or download a project from or to the SAP Project System.

Result

A portfolio item is updated with operational data and a project is created that includes the data pushed down from the portfolio.
