KM Content Workset 

Use

This workset groups together the content administration iViews in the Knowledge Management area.

 

Integration

In initial content, the KM Content workset is integrated into the SAP Enterprise Portal Content Administration role. For more information on the preconfigured roles of SAP Enterprise Portal, see Pre-Configured Roles.

 

Features

The workset contains the following items:

·        KM Content page

This page contains the Repositories iView. Content administrators can use this iView to navigate in all KM repositories.

 

·        Toolbox workset

The workset contains the following pages:

¡        Permissions

You can use this page to define permissions for KM repositories.

¡        Folder Settings

You can use this page to reset the personalization of the folder presentation settings for all users or one particular user. You may want to do this if a user has personalized the presentation of the folder in such a way that the Details dialog box is no longer displayed, meaning that the user in question can no longer reset the personalization in the usual way.

¡        Reports

You can execute various reports on this page.
