Preview of Layout Sets 

Use

You can use the “Preview“ function to check the display of a layout set directly from the Configuration iView.

 

Features

You can make the following settings for the preview:

Parameters for the Preview of Layout Sets

Parameters	Description
Path to Initially Displayed Folder	Path to any folder from which a preview is to be created. Example: /documents/Public Documents/Review
Path to Root Folder for Navigation	Path to an order that is to be used as the root folder for navigation in the preview. The path must be either the path to the initially displayed folder or a higher-level folder. Example: /documents/Public Documents

 

Activities

To display the preview of a layout set, choose Content Management ® User Interface ® Settings ® Layout Set, select and entry, and choose Preview. Enter the required folder, and confirm by choosing Preview.

 

The settings for the preview only apply for the initially selected layout set. If you want to display a preview for another layout set, you must repeat the process described.
