This planning service finds and manages assignments of workforce requirements to personnel resources. It is the central base of all data that is relevant for planning and that pertains to:

• Personnel resources
• Personnel availability
• Personnel qualifications
• Workforce requirements

This planning service can also be used as an independent planning service for various applications at the same time, such as service resource planning in mySAP CRM.
