Prerequisites

Caches for databases, views, and documents have been created for the Lotus Notes repository. These caches are specified when the Lotus Notes repository is configured.

 

Procedure

To configure a Lotus Notes repository manager, choose Content Management ® Repository Managers ® Lotus Notes Repository.

 

Lotus Notes Repository Manager Parameters

Name of the repository manager.

Description

Description of the repository manager.

Prefix

Yes

The URI prefix for which the manager is registered.

This specification is entered in the list in the root directory.

Note that the prefix must be entered with a forward slash, for example, /notes.

System ID (Landscape Service)

Yes

ID of a Lotus Notes system registered in the CM system landscape.

Active

No

You can (de)activate the repository manager using the Active parameter.

Hide in Root Folder

No

Specifies whether the repository is listed in the root directory.

If you activate this parameter, the repository is not listed in the root directory.

Send Events

Yes

Specifies whether the repository sends events when operations such as delete and update content are performed.

The repository sends events if this parameter is activated. This is necessary in order to use services such as the subscription service.

Property Search Manager

No

Selection of manager for property search.

Notes Server HTTP Port

No

HTTP port for the Lotus Domino server.

Repository Services

No

Selection of repository services that you want to use for the repository.

ACL Manager Cache

No

Specifies the cache for resource ACLs.

This parameter is required if an ACL security manager is specified in the Security Manager parameter.

Select the ca_rsrc_acl cache.

Database Cache

No

Specifies the cache used by the repository for caching Lotus Notes databases.

Document Cache

No

Specifies the cache used by the repository for caching documents.

Security Manager

No

Specifies the security manager that controls access to repository content.

View Cache

No

Specifies the cache used by the repository for caching views.
