Status Management Service 

Use

This service enables documents to be processed according to their current status, for example, in approval workflows.

 

Activities

The status management service is included in the KM standard configuration. No configuration is possible.

If you select this service in the configuration of a repository manager, you must also register the application property service (properties). The latter is required because the status management service stores application properties. A security manager must also be selected for the respository manager.

 

You should also activate the feedback service (feedback) in the configuration of the repository manager if you want users to be able to add comments when declining documents.
