Sorting Project Roles 

Use

Project roles appear as a list in the Resources tab page in the Projects initial view. You can change the sequence of project roles in this list to suit your needs.

 

Prerequisites

You are in the Resources tab page in the Projects initial view.

 

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose the project role in the list that you want to move.

       2.      Display the Sort Role drop-down list.

       3.      Choose the new position for the selected project role.

You see the project role list in the new order.

       4.      Save your data.

 

Result

The selected project role is moved to the new position in the project role list. The other project roles are moved down to accommodate the new position.
