Emptying the Search and Classification
Cache
You use the function Search and Classification Cache to delete the content of the cache. This is only necessary for trouble shooting. If you want to analyze how the TREX servers process a request, the cache has to be empty. Otherwise the system may take the result from the cache and not forward the request to TREX.
The TREX Java client stores the results of the search and text-mining requests in this cache.
The cache is activated in the J2EE Engine.
