You can create roles and worksets in different ways:


       1.      You can copy existing roles and worksets in the Portal Catalog with the Copy/Paste function and then insert them as a copy or delta link at another location. In this way you can create roles and worksets quickly, without using the Role Editor or Workset Editor.

       2.      You can create new roles and worksets and change existing ones with the Role or Workset Wizard and Editor. The Property Editor can also be called from the Role Editor and Workset Editor. You can use the Property Editor to change the properties of roles and worksets.
