Use

This workset offers the full range of cProjects project management functions.

Integration

This workset is a showcase workset that gives you an overview of the functions that cProjects offers. It contains all the initial views available in cProjects. We recommend that you create your own workset according to your needs.

Prerequisites

To be able to use this workset, you have to have all the authorizations required for the backend. In addition, the authorizations in the SAP Enterprise Portal must be configured in such a way that the users of the cProjects roles can access the Portal.

Features

The Project Management workset contains the following showcase pages:

• Projects (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_projects_showcase)

This page contains the dashboard with a list of projects which you can access from here. It contains the Projects iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_projects).

• Tasks (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_tasks_showcase)

This page contains the dashboard with a list of tasks which you can access. It contains the Tasks iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_tasks).

• Checklist Items (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_checklistitems_showcase)

This page contains the dashboard with a list of checklist items which you can access. It contains the Checklist Items iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_checklistitems).

• Approvals (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_approvals_showcase)

This page contains the dashboard with a list of approvals, for which you are responsible. It contains the Approvals iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_approvals).

• Control Plans (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_controlplans_showcase)

This page contains the dashboard with a list of projects. You can only create control plans for these projects from here. It contains the Control Plans iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_controlplans).

• Evaluations (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_evaluations_showcase)

This page contains the cProjects evaluation function. You can create and display evaluations here. It contains the Evaluations iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_evaluations).

• User Groups (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_usergroups_showcase)

This page contains the user groups that are available in cProjects. You can create and edit user groups here. It contains the User Groups iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_usergroups).

• Templates (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_templates_showcase)

This page contains all templates that are available in cProjects. You can create and edit templates here. It contains the Templates iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_templates).

• Substitutes (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_substitute_showcase)

This page contains the substitutes for your projects. It contains the Substitutes iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_substitute).

• Versions (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_versions_showcase)

This page contains version management.

 You can create versions and project versions here. It contains the Versions iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_versions).

 

An additional page exists; cProjects (complete) (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_cprojects_showcase), which contains the complete cProjects application. This page contains the cProjects (complete) iView (com.sap.pct.cprxrpm.cpr_cprojects). This page is not assigned to the Project Management workset.
