Features

This iView allows you to view or edit the general information and settings of an existing portfolio.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management → Substitute. In the Portfolio Area field, select Portfolio. In the Substitutes table, click a portfolio.

In this iView, you can view the data entered when the portfolio was created. If you add users to the authorizations table, the buckets in this portfolio inherit these users. If required, you can later manually remove their access in the bucket.

The Portfolio Overview iView displays the relevant portfolio object attributes and allows for data entry on these fields, if this object is currently not locked and if the interacting user has sufficient write authorization on the current portfolio object.

·        General Information: You can display or enter general portfolio data and portfolio object descriptions

·        Authorizations: You can display or manage portfolio object authorizations for this instance.

Prerequisites

●      The iView must be connected to the back-end system

●      The authorizations for managing portfolio objects must be set up in the back-end system
