Appears when you have one or more views saved under Advanced Analysis.

·        Select the view from the drop down list to display it.

·        Click the trash can icon to delete the selected view.

Show/Hide Filter

The filter values are not displayed as a default. Click Show Filter to view and select combination of filter values for influencing the spending levels Chart.

The filter parameters available are:

·        Portfolio: Select portfolio from the drop down list or select (All).

·        Bucket: Select the bucket from the drop down list or select (All).

·        Item Type

·        Category

·        Geography

·        Location

·        Phase

·        Subcategory

Info

The following options are available to record, view, and update additional information about the item.

·         Online Documentation

Choose Display Metadata or Display Online Documentation to toggle between viewing online documentation and portfolio metadata.

·         Documents

Click Create Document to use a text editor and create a new document.

·         Technical Info
Displays general information on this report including variable values, filter values, conditions and exceptions.

Advanced Analysis

This provides  the following options for further analysis and collaboration.

·        Data Analysis
Comprehensive information such as the expected commercial value (ECV), the net present values (NPV), the summary planned cost, the summary actual cost, the headcount (actual), and the derived risk is displayed in tabular format. The box on the left enables selection of free characteristics and those for the rows and columns of the table. Drill down into each characteristic provides granular information in the table. Moving the mouse over the icons provides respective explanation.

·        Graphical display
This presents development cost segregated geography-wise or category‑wise. Choose from type of charts or Swap Axes to view data as desired. Choose Export to Excel to view and analyze detailed data in a spreadsheet. Choose Save View to save a file for later reference or use as a default.

·        Information
Displays general information on this report including variable values, and filter values.

·        Information Broadcasting
Use the BEx Broadcaster (Create New Setting) to distribute Web templates, queries and workbooks in either pre-calculated form or as an online link. You may distribute by sending e-mail or exporting into the Enterprise Portal. Documentation provides additional information.

Save as Start View

Choose this to save the current view as the start or default view.
