Project Integration SAP Project System Download 

Here, you can download data to the SAP Project System.

To download data to SAP PS:

1. Select the Download from Project radio button.
2. Select SAP Project System from the drop down list against the field Application.
3. Fill in the other fields as follows:

Field	Status	Explanation
Application System	Mandatory	Select the application system where SAP Project Systems files would be copied.
Project to be copied (ID)	Mandatory	Use binocular icon to Select Project ID. Use the erase icon to clear field and select new value.
New Project Id	System Generated	System uses the search string used during Select Project as the New Project ID
Last Update	System generated	Displays the date of the last update made. It is blank initially.
Updated by	System generated	Displays the user who last updated. It is blank initially.

4. Click on the Download button to start the process. The system downloads the specified file and displays the results.
5. To make the download permanent, click the Save Download button.

History Log

Here, a log of uploads and download is maintained. The table displays the log number which is generated by the system and the date of the download. You may select the log entry and click Delete to remove the log entry. This does not affect that data which has already been downloaded.

Project data can be downloaded only once per item provided it is not already uploaded/downloaded.

Select Project

The Object Links Search displays the Object type for SAP Project System.

To search for a project, a full text search is available:

1. Enter full name of the project id with which you want to download. This Search string is used as the New Project ID of the new project in SAP Project System.
2. Click the Search button to display the matching projects in the table below.
3. Click on the box to the left of the project, from the displayed list, to identify the project.
4. Click the Done button to select the project.

 

Click RESET to clear the search specifications and start a new search.

Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without selection any project.
