Features

This iView allows you to create a new collection. You can add items, users, and comments, as well as the general information about the collection (name, description).

Features of the collection creation include:

·        Adding and removing items.

·        Adding and removing users.

·        Addition of comments.

·        Addition of custom labels.

·        Common manipulations (name, description, resource unit, and currency).

You access this iView, by choosing Portfolio Management. Then click Collections. Then click Create New. Then choose the bucket that will contain the new collection. Choose Next.

Prerequisites

●      The iView must be connected to the backend system.

●      Authorization to manage bucket objects is handled in the backend system.
