Procedure documentation Setting Permissions Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

After the installation, the permission Everyone Full Control is assigned to all folders. We therefore strongly recommend that you change some of the initial permissions to meet your requirements.

For recommendations on how to assign permissions, see SAP Note 599425.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

When KM is newly installed, the content administrator is the owner of all access control lists (ACLs) that store permissions for folders. The content administrator has full control over all the folders and is the user that can initially change their permissions.
For more information about permissions and how to change them, see Structure linkPermissions iView.
