Features

This is part of the project integration interface to the external application and has no observable features.

To navigate to this iView, choose Portfolio Management → Item Dashboard. Select an item and then click the Upload/Download Project Data in the navigation panel. In the Upload/Download Project Data view, select Microsoft Project in the Application field.

Prerequisites

You have configured Microsoft Project Server in the in the back end.

Optional Settings

If there is any change in the URL to the logon page, then the user can modify this by changing the business parameters of the System Slot. Use the following steps:

       1.      Logon to J2EE Visual Administrator.

       2.      Go to Server àServices à Configuration Adapter

       3.      Go to Runtime tab and to Display Configuration tab

       4.      Then navigate to Web dynpro à sap.com à xapps~cprxrpm~ui~pintegratio à Components à com.sap.xapps.cprxrpm.ui.pintegration.component.ProjectIntegrationComp à PropertySheet profile.

       5.      Click the edit mode.

       6.      Then double click Property Sheet Profile, and modify the business parameters of the respective System Slot.

Do not modify what is there between “<” and “>”.

       7.      Navigate to Web dynpro à sap.com à xapps~cprxrpm~common à Components com.sap.xapps.cprxrpm.common.component.CommonComp à PropertySheet profile and modify the business parameters of the respective System Slot.
