Features

This iView enables the portfolio administrator to search for a resource based on pre-defined criteria, and to view the list of resources that match these criteria.

You can do the following:

·        Enter search criteria (first name, last name) and click Search.

·        View the returned list of resources that match the search criteria.

·        Sort and filter the resources listed.

·        Export the list of resources to Microsoft Excel.

·        Click the last name of any resource to view the details of that resource.

There is also a Mass Update feature. The Mass Update iView enables you to update the details of one or more resources at the same time.

Prerequisites

The iView must be connected to the backend system.

For the Export to Microsoft Excel functionality:

●      Microsoft Excel must be installed in your system.

●      Dashboard should be configured to have the Export to Microsoft Excel option.

Optional Settings

The administrator can configure the search criteria that will be used for searching the resource. The application parameter is the only property for this iView.
