Definition

Provides a quick link to websites, folders (or folder objects), and other collaborations.

Use

When processing a collaboration, you can use bookmarks (that is, either the folder object or the function) in the following cases:

·        If you often need to access certain websites ( = folder object Bookmark)

·        If, within a collaboration, you need to access a folder or folder object from somewhere else other than where it was originally created (= function Copy as Bookmark).

·        If you need to access a folder or folder objects from a collaboration other than your current one (= function Copy as Bookmark)

Note

You can store bookmarks that link to collaborations in folders. This gives you the option of sorting collaborations by your chosen criteria.

Example

You need to copy document XY from folder A of collaboration 1 to folder B of collaboration 2. You can use the Copy as Bookmark function to copy document XY from folder A of collaboration 1 and then you can add this bookmark to folder B of collaboration 2.
