When you check in a document for the first time or check in a document you have already checked in again, you can create new content versions of this document.
You opened a project element for editing and are on the Documents tab page in the Content Versions view.
· You can view all the versions of your document that you have already created.
· You can display the individual versions by clicking the file name.
· The system marks the current version of the document in the Act. column.
