Storing Resources as Candidates 

Prerequisites

The resource has been created as a business partner in Resource Management. For more information, see Staffing Project Roles with Resources.

You are in the Resources tab page of the Projects initial view:

·        Project Role Definition → Person Assignment or

·        Resource Search

You can also make resources from the search results list candidates. To do so, select the resource and choose Add to Candidates.

 

Procedure

...

       1.      In the Select Resource group box, enter the first name and last name of the resource.

       2.      Choose Find.

The system displays the resource in the search result.

       3.      Choose Candidate.

The resource is displayed in the Candidates group box.

       4.      Create a comment, if required.

       5.      Save your data.
