Canceling the Assignment of a Data Source 

Use

You want to cancel the assignment of a data source to an index.

Procedure

You start off in the Index Administration iView.

...

       1.      You reach the index properties of an index by clicking on the ID of the index in question.

       2.      Choose Data Sources.

       3.      In the lower area of the window, select one or more folders or repositories, and choose Remove.

The data sources chosen are removed from the list in the upper area of the window.

       4.      Choose Save.

Result

The folders or repositories are removed from the index.
