Administrator

true or false (default)

Path to initially displayed taxonomy

Administrator

Path to root folder of a taxonomy (default: empty)

For example:

/taxonomies/index-id1/taxonomy1

This property specifies the path to the taxonomy that is displayed by default when the iView is called. The user can toggle to other taxonomies using the dropdown list field.

Note

Make sure that the path contains the name of the index.

Root categories for navigation

(see below)

Administrator

Paths to folders in taxonomies (default: empty)

Separate multiple entries using semicolons (;)

For example:

/taxonomies/index-id1/News/Sports;

/taxonomies/index-id2/News/Sports;

/taxonomies/index-id2/News/Recreation/
Sports

You can use this property to restrict the view to particular sub-areas of taxonomies.

For example, you can create an iView for the sports section, in which only documents that are in categories below Sports can be classified.

Enter the paths of the sub-areas that are to be visible in the iView. You can enter one or more paths for each taxonomy. All folders beneath the specified paths (in the example, beneath Sports) are also visible. You must explicitly specify all areas that are to be visible in all taxonomies. All areas and taxonomies that are not explicitly specified are not visible.

If you leave the field empty, all categories are visible without restriction.

Min. No. of Documents per Folder in Documents to Classify

User

The system only displays folders with at least this number of documents to classify in the dropdown list Path. This is also valid for documents in the entire sub-tree.

The clarity of the dropdown list is improved if sub-folders with only a few documents to be classified are not displayed. However, the displayed totals contain documents contained in hidden subfolders.
