Procedure

The Audit function provides a running log of every action performed in the system listed by date, time, and user. Each entry is accompanied by a brief description outlining the action performed. This allows you track information in the system, and to monitor user actions.

To access the audit system:

  1. On the main menu page, click Administration, and then click Audits. The Search Criteria Selection page appears.

  2. Enter the selection criteria for the information you want to view. You can select one or multiple criteria by which to view the audit data.

  3. When you have selected all the desired criteria, click Search and View. The information will appear in a report format. Scroll up or down as necessary to view individual records.

  4. The Audit list page appears. Here you can review all actions performed in the system. They are listed by date, time, task identification number, and user, and included with each is a brief description of the action performed.
