If you have an SAP® support contract, use the Sybase xSearch to search for knowledge-based articles and solved cases. Go to the SAP Sybase Support Portal at http://service.sap.com/sybase/supportInformation published on SAP site, log in, and select KBAs & Solved cases to start the xSearch.
