Enhancements – Service Provider for Record Plans (File Plans) 

The Service Provider for record plans has the following additional Connection Parameters:

·        RMPS_ALTERNATIVE_LAYOUT

If you set this indicator, you can define an alternative layout for processing record plans. In the standard layout, the user can link a record plan item to any Records Management object. If you set this indicator, this function is hidden and it is not possible to interlink objects.  

·        RMPS_CHECK_LEAF

By setting this indicator, you can restrict the number of record plan items from input help to pages (reference units) in the hierarchy-structure record plan.  This ensures that only the pages of the record plan can be assigned to the record, for example, in the DOMEA environment.

·        RMPS_UNIQUE_FPLAN_POSITIONS

If you set this indicator, you can define that the record plan items in the record plan must be unique. The description of each item must be different too.
