Use

You can view access records for callable objects for which you have set impersonation restrictions. These records are kept in the impersonation history log and are accessible through the Administration workset.

Impersonations are currently available for callable objects of type Web Service, External Service and Background Execution only.

·        You have the appropriate rights to work with the GP Administration workset.

Procedure

       1.      Filter impersonation data records in your system based on the following criteria:

Filter Condition

Description

User

                            a.      Set the Specific User indicator.

                            b.      Choose Browse, and from the user picker on the right, select a user.

Callable object

...

                            a.      Set the Specific Callable Object indicator.

                            b.      Choose Browse to select a callable object from the gallery.

                            c.      If you want to filter callable objects based on their version, enable the option Use Version for Filter and enter a version number.

Action

...

                            a.      Set the Specific Action indicator.

                            b.      From the dropdown box, select one of the following:

§         Executed

For callable objects that have been executed.

       Not allowed

For callable objects that were accessed by users who do not have the appropriate permissions for execution.

       Security administrator

For callable objects tested by a security administrator on behalf of another user.

       Tested

For callable objects that have been tested in design time.

Period

...

                            a.      Set the Period indicator.

                            b.      Specify the start and end dates of the period for your search.

This condition filters records based on the time in which users have accessed the callable object.

       2.      Choose Show.

All records that match the search criteria appear in the list below. In addition to the attributes mentioned in step 1, you can also see the type of each callable object.

       3.      Optionally, you can delete records from the list.

                            a.      Specify the start and end dates of the period for which you want to delete records.

                            b.      Choose Delete Records.
