Workflows
Starts the workflow underlying the element type, thus creating an instance of this workflow. When the workflow is started, a number (ID) is generated for the workflow instance. This is inserted into Records Management as an element. Depending on the workflow, a dialog box is displayed for you to enter the input parameters of the workflow.
A dialog box is displayed for restricting the search. You can enter the following values to restrict the search for workflow instances:
· Creation After/Creation Before
Enter a date for each of these values. The interval between the two dates refers to the date the workflow instance was created. Only workflow instances created between these two dates will be included in the hit list. The default value is always the current date.
· Status
Use the input help to select a status. Only workflow instances in this status will be included in the hit list.
· Agents
Enter the user name of an agent. Only the workflow instances that are currently being edited by the person specified will be included in the hit list.
If you do not make any entries, the system searches for all workflow instances of the element type.
The workflow log is displayed for the workflow instance.
