Monitoring Process Schedules
Once scheduled processes are initiated, the system logs schedule execution statuses in the schedule history. Using the tools of the Administration workset, you can monitor the status of these schedules and identify the ones that have not completed their execution.
If a certain schedule remains in status In Process for more than a few seconds, it is likely that this schedule is hanging. Hanging schedules cannot be processed due to a system failure or unreported status of execution.
In such cases, you can take the appropriate actions to resolve them:
● Report success if the schedule is executed but failed to report status due to database connection problems.
● Report error if the schedule has not been executed.
● You have the appropriate rights to work with the Administration workset.

Roles
● You have set up scheduled tasks for process initiation as described in Scheduling Process Initiation.

3. For each schedule in the list, determine if it was correctly executed and choose:
○ Report Success if the execution was successful but no status was reported.
The status of the schedule changes to Completed.
○ Report Error if the execution was unsuccessful.
The schedule is then handled depending on the error mode set for it. It may be dismissed or executed again.
