Symptoms

You deployed a Software Deployment Archive (SDA) but cannot find your processes although your deployment contained processes.

Causes

The deployed component version is not the latest version.

Recommended Action
  1. Check whether your latest deployment is active by referring to the Deployment Date of the active version:

    • If your latest deployment is not active, proceed with step 2.

    • If you latest deployment is active, choose the Resources tab page and check if the .CSV files exist.

      • If the .CSV files exist, but your processes are not showing up in the Processes, Tasks and Rules tab page, create a CSN message on the component BC-BMT-BPM-MON.

      • If the .CSV files do not exist, proceed with step 2.

  2. Check whether your build log and deployment contains any errors or warnings.

  3. Check whether your IDE version is compatible with your server’s runtime version. If not, install the latest IDE and runtime components.

  4. If everything is proper, but still the problem exists, create a CSN message on the component BC-BMT-BPM-SRV.
