Procedure documentation Configuring Administration Landscape  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You have to configure the administration landscape for monitoring PI systems.

Procedure

...

       1.      Log on to http://<host>:<port>/nwa.

       2.      Navigate to Configuration Management → Scenarios  → Configuration Wizard.

       3.      Start or Re-Execute the Display-Change-Create Administration Landscape in NWA SLD wizard.

       4.      If you want to create a new landscape choose Create a new Administration Landscape radio button; in this case, you need to enter the desired name of the landscape.

       5.      If there are landscapes existing in the SLD, choose Choose from existing Administration Landscape to set one of the existing landscapes as the administration landscape.

       1.      Perform the following to check whether the administration landscape was created correctly:

       2.      Log on to the SLD http://<host>:<port>/sld of the CEN system, authenticate yourself, and choose Landscapes.

       3.      For Landscape Type, choose Administration and check whether the administration landscape that you created in the task is displayed with the local Java and ABAP systems already added to the landscape.

       4.      Log on http://<host>:<port>/nwa.

       5.      Navigate to Problem Management →  Database → Open SQL Data Browser

       6.      Enter ITSAM_NWA in the Show field.

       7.      Choose Go.

       8.      Check whether the landscape that you configured as administration landscape is present in the LANDSCPSRVCNAME column.
