Using this process, you install existing industry-specific business packages and import the ESR content contained within them to the Enterprise Services Repository.

Procedure

Business packages are made available on SAP Service Marketplace. You need to first download the content from SAP Service Marketplace and then import it into the Enterprise Services Repository.

  • You can find the installation guide for RosettaNet business packages under SAP for High Tech.

  • You can find the installation guide for CIDX business packages under SAP for Chemicals.

Result

You have imported the required business packages into the Enterprise Services Repository and they are ready to use.

Note Note

If you want to develop your own processes based on existing business packages, you must first define a separate software component version and then import it into the Enterprise Services Repository.
