End of the caution.

The following selection types are available when searching for messages in Monitoring Messages:

  • Selection Filters

The selection criteria for the filter are the status and processing time of a message.

  • Message Header Data

In addition to the criteria in the selection filter, you can also use data from the message header about the sender, receiver, and interface when searching for messages.

  • User-Defined Message Attributes

In addition to the selection filter criteria, you can also use user-defined attributes from the main payload of a message.

More information: Attributes for User-Defined Message Search.

  • Technical Attributes

In addition to the criteria in the selection filter, you can also use technical attributes such as the error category or quality of service when searching for messages.

You can use the Blacklisted option to find messages that are blacklisted. For more information, see Administrator Tasks for Blacklisting.

  • Identifiers

Instead of a selection filter, you can also use different identifiers such as message ID, persistence ID, or reference ID of a message to search for messages.

You can reset selected or entered values. This resets the default settings of the selection filter (current date, current time minus one hour, status All).
