Availability data gives you an overview of the availability of the individual components in the domains in your integration landscape.
You are in Monitoring PI Components in SAP NetWeaver Administrator for PI.
Select the component you require and expand the Availability Data area.
The following availability data is displayed for the selected component:
Alert Status
The alert status for the component displays a summary of the current PI alerts. It is based on information from the SAP Computing Center Management System (CCMS).
Self-Test Status
The self-test status is based on the results of a component self-test. It represents the overall status of the component and is explained by a short text that also contains the time stamp specifying when a test was last executed.
The overall status only has a green indicator () if all individual statuses are also green.
Availability Status
The availability status of a component is based on a connection test using HTTP (for Java components) or Web service protocol (for ABAP components). The status is explained in a corresponding short text that also includes a time stamp that specifies when the last test was executed.
The Displayed Status Is Indicated as Follows:

To display the status legend, choose Status Indicator.
The detailed information about a self-test for a component gives you information about individual results, for example, when the overall status of the component is red.
A table with component-specific individual results is displayed. The following table contains information on the results for each component.
