Scheduling Tasks
You use Task Planner to schedule operations to be executed automatically based on the date and attributes defined during the task definition. You can schedule new tasks, such as starting an application service, systems, and pools, to occur once or repeatedly (a recurring task).
A recurring task is a task that can repeat at regular intervals based on the date and attributes defined during task definition.
You have to make sure that the time zone is selected appropriately.
Note
The time zone that is set during the user profile creation is displayed as default option in the Time Zone field.
If no time zone is set during the user profile creation, the time zone in which the central system is running is displayed as the default time zone.
To change the default time zone, choose the required time zone from the available list.
From the New Task dropdown listbox, choose Create Mass Operation Task.
Enter the task name.
Enter the start date (or choose a date value from the date picker) on which the task should be executed. The task execution time should comply with the server time on which the ACC application is deployed.
Enter the time when the operation is to be executed.
Since the time format is different in different locations, the format should comply with the local setting format. For example, the English format could be one of these: 9:11:12 AM, 9:11 AM, 091112AM, or 0911AM.
Choose the relevant frequency:
If you want to execute the task once, select One Time Action.
If you want to schedule a recurring task, select Periodic Action on Every.
