Functions for Role and Workset Maintenance 
The following functions are available for maintaining roles and worksets within the Role and Workset Editors:

Open |
Allows you to make local changes to an object. These changes are only relevant within the role or workset in which the change was made. The source object is not changed. |

Selected objects can be cut or copied and pasted to other locations in the structure hierarchy. |

Move Up/Move Down |

Reset Object |
Cancels all local changes made to linked objects. |

Refresh Object |
Updates nodes within a role or workset hierarchy. |

Saves changes made in the Property Editor. |

Updates the entire Role or Workset Editor and the Property Editor, together with their contents. |

Opens an object in Edit Mode. Used when a role or workset opens in read-only mode (because the object is locked by another user). See also Locking Objects (Lock Scenarios). |

You can go to the Property Editor, Permissions Editor, and Delta Link Tracer from the Role Editor or Workset Editor. From the Editor link bar, choose Permissions.
