Profile Parameter Settings for the Standalone Enqueue Server 
If you are using the standalone enqueue server (and in certain circumstances the replication enqueue server also), you need to set several profile parameters. Different parameters are relevant for the enqueue clients (application server instances), the enqueue server, and the replication enqueue server. They are described in detail in the sections:

The standard parameters in the enqueue environment are also valid for the standalone enqueue server.
The most important parameter is enque/table_size, which specifies the size of the lock table in KB (default value 16384, that is, 16 megabytes).
