Publishing a Web Service 
Web Services can be published in a UDDI-based Services Registry. Service providers make their services available to service consumers in Services Registry. The registry contains definitions of enterprise services and references to their metadata. You classify services with the help of taxonomies and you can also find them using these classification criteria.

You can publish the tModel of the service in question from the Object Navigator.
