Monitor
You use this function to display general log messages and to monitor data volumes.

To display the log files, open the Administration node and choose Monitor.
The Monitor display contains the following tabs:
● Exception
This column indicates the status of the log message. The status can be one of the following:
○ Green icon indicates an information message.
○ Yellow icon indicates a warning message.
○ Red icon indicates an error message.
● Time and Date
● Server Name
The column contains the name of the server where the log was created.
● Message Text
The column contains the actual message of the log.
● Help Text
If you select an entry and choose Help Text, a dialog box appears containing additional information about the log message.
● Completed
You must respond to errors and warnings. When you have rectified the cause of the error or warning, you can choose Completed and the system changes the color of the status icon from yellow or red to green.
In addition to the Exception, Date, Time, and Server Name columns, the tab page also contains the following columns:
● No. of Programs
● Processing Blocks
● Execution Time

If errors and warnings exist, this is indicated on the initial screen of the Coverage Analyzer. This screen also indicates when the last data collection run was performed.
