Use

With the measurement program (transaction USMM), you can ascertain the number of users and chargeable objects of engines of the SAP software for each system. As preparation for this, you need to classify all users of your systems into user types.

The following functions are available to you in the current release for this purpose:

●      New User List

The new user list simplifies the work of the administrator since it combines the simple and extended user list (see also Classifying Users with the User List).

●      Role-Based License Classification

With role-based license classification, you can assign a contractual user type to selected key roles. If you then assign these roles to a user, the user automatically receives the contractual user type of the role (see also Setting Up Role-Based License Classification).
