License Administration Workbench (Enhanced) 

Use

The License Administration Workbench (LAW) is a tool for the central consolidation of license audit data and supports you in the SAP license audit process for complex system landscapes. In particular, the LAW simplifies the classification, combination, and consolidation of data for users that work in multiple systems and clients.

The LAW uses a new data model, which now has a unique key for each system. This means that you can now easily use LAW to administer systems with the same names, the names of which consist of system ID, hardware key, and installation number.

The following functions are available in the License Administration Workbench:

●      You can group users across multiple levels (see Grouping Users Across Multiple Levels)

●      You can change the size of the Control LAW box.

●      You can now record your comments on the measurement data by choosing Edit → Attachment to Measurement Data.
