This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Why Are Only Contours Shown For Some Objects?  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

When you open models, only contours are shown for some objects because of the following:

You have disabled the Hide Non-Configured Objects check box.

You are using a method filter that excludes objects. These objects are not removed from the models, but are only displayed in outline.

The model has objects that are saved in groups for which you do not have read privileges.

You have deactivated objects and/or connections using the Properties dialog boxes.

Rather than removing the prohibited objects entirely, only their outlines are displayed, so that the overall layout of the models is not damaged.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

The assignment icon is not displayed even if models are assigned to unconfigured objects.
